SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends & public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/communication. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Due to unforeseen circumstances at times, we do at rare occasions have delays in shipping. We will get to in touch incase such a scenario arises. Â
Orders received after 4pm will be delivered the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Kampala & Wakiso deliveries
Deliveries are made from 9.30am – 5pm on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via call / text message / WhatsApp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you before your delivery sets off.
Rest of Uganda Shipping
We offer shipping to nearly all parts of Uganda. Delivery time for these shipments is within 2 working days after order confirmation.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation communication from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at intimateuganda@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 24 hrs after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at intimateuganda@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
